A copy of the House Rules will be provided to all potential residents during the application processing stage. Room 3 is an ensuite room featuring a queen bed and private bathroom. Please note this room does not have air conditioning or a built-in/standalone wardrobe. Shared kitchen and laundry facilities are provided for residents. Your electricity, internet and water are included within your weekly rental price. Due to Brisbane City Council and Queensland Fire Compliance all rooms are single occupancy only (i.e. no couples, no children). As this is a Rooming Accommodation house it is not suitable for pets.
