I am a single parent of a 3yo girl, and we travel regularly to Melbourne for my work, overall about 1/3 of our time is spent in Melbourne currently. I would like to offer the other half of the house to a single parent with one child of primary school age or younger that you would be looking to have attend the local school. Please do not contact if this is not your situation: I've had to respond to very many queries that are from people without children of this age. Primary school is a short 3 minute walk away. The kitchen is fairly small, only has microwave/convection oven/air fryer one induction hob, so do not think it would suit more than 1 adult and maximum 2 children but ideally 1 adult and 1 child.
